I run regular yoga days at a stunning exclusive location in East Sussex. The days comprise of a morning yoga and meditation session, followed by a delicious lunch prepared on site by my personal chef. We have time to chat and connect with each other or have a walk in the grounds. The afternoon session is of a slower pace, focusing on Yin and Restorative Yoga and finishing with a closing Meditation.
I am delighted to be working in collaboration Champneys to be able to offer a Yoga Weekend at their stunning Spa Hotel, Eastwell Manor in Kent.

Throughout your weekend with you will enjoy four yoga and meditation classes with me.

ONE TO ONE PACKAGES
Whilst there are many benefits to be gained from attending group yoga classes, an ideal way for many people to learn yoga and develop their personal practice is through one to one sessions.
Before you start the sessions, your needs will be discussed and assessed. From this an individual practice of postures and breathing will be developed and taught; one that is appropriate for you.

Following my training with Petra Coveney, founder of Menopause Yoga I am delighted to now offer workshops designed specifically for women during the menopause. They are open to any woman at any stage, whether it’s peri-menopause, menopause or post-menopause and my aim is to educate, empower and support each woman on her journey through this inevitable right of passage. Each workshop focuses on different symptoms and stages of the menopause and includes a range of practices:
women’s circle, breath work, meditation, dynamic yoga, restorative yoga, relaxation and journaling.
