I have been teaching Yoga for over 12 years and over this time I have delved deeper into all the aspects of Yoga and Meditation, allowing me to help my clients move and breath to maintain a healthy, balanced lifestyle.
I offer classes in West Wickham, Kent and online - so you can practice with me from anywhere in the world.
WHAT I DO
I offer group classes, one to one sessions, corporate sessions, day and weekend retreats.
My in person classes are also offered online so I am able to teach clients anywhere in the world!
During the lockdown all classes moved online. My clients were able to keep moving and breathing at home and new clients joined who lived further away from the studio setting! These classes have proven so popular they are continuing along side my in person classes.
ONE TO ONE SESSIONS
I can offer you a unique yoga program to improve your overall health. A combination of yoga asanas and breathing techniques will be delivered to suit each and every individual client.

Sessions include a combination of mindfulness, yoga postures, and breath work, and are accessible for people of all levels of experience. Sessions can be delivered as half-day workshops or as an ongoing programme of weekly classes.

I run regular yoga days at a stunning exclusive location in East Sussex.
The days comprise of a morning yoga and meditation session, followed by a delicious lunch prepared on site by my personal chef. We have time to chat and connect with each other or have a walk in the grounds. The afternoon session is of a slower pace, focusing on Yin and Restorative Yoga and finishing with a closing Meditation.
These days will leave you feeling refreshed and fully nourished!
My Yoga Retreats are held in collaboration with Champneys Spa Hotels.
These weekends allow you to truly unplug from your world for the weekend and immerse yourself in Yoga and Meditation in one of Champneys Spa Hotels in Kent.
You will also have access to the Champneys Gym, Exercise Classes, Guided Walks, Swimming Pool and Spa.
These weekends will leave you feeling nourished from head to toe.
Caroline is an excellent Yoga teacher. Her online classes are a godsend in these uncertain times as we all need to continue to exercise. Her classes cater for all levels - I highly recommend you give them a go.
Thank you for a great class. I really enjoy hearing about which part of the body we are concentrating on, and learning a bit more about the body and muscles. I am very much enjoying your classes, even though I was a little concerned about being a complete novice, you have put me at ease.
Each week is different with modifications offered based on an individual's experience level and ailments. She works so hard for her students and her classes are the highlight of my week whether that be my Vinyasa Flow workout or those oh-so-special Friday restorative and Yin sessions. I could not recommend her enough.
